At ILY MATCHA, we take pride in the quality of our drinks and service. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds as a standard policy. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.

If you are unsatisfied with your drink order and are seeking a resolution in good faith, you must contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. We are happy to address concerns when brought to us promptly and respectfully.

Refund requests, if considered, must be submitted via email within 24 hours of the transaction and must include your original receipt.

We will never make verbal arrangements for refunds or entertain requests made outside of this process.

Due to the nature of our limited releases, all sales are final. 

In the case you were sent the incorrect item or a defective item, contact us at ilymatchacart@gmail.com with photos within 3 days of receiving the product. If an exchange is permitted, item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging! The additional shipping costs for the exchange will be your responsibility. Order Changes:

Order changes can potentially be made up until fulfillment has begun.

Order changes after the initial order confirmation are not guaranteed and will not be ILY Matcha's responsibility if unmet.

Shipping & Delivery:

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking info via email.

Please note: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, ILY Matcha is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. We recommend double-checking your delivery address at checkout and reaching out to your local carrier if an issue arises.
